Job Role: Projects Supervisor

Location: Dartford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

In order to continue this growth, the company requires strengthening of the existing structure by employing a Projects Supervisor who will support the professionalism and technical depth Artic wishes to demonstrate to its clients. Job Duties

  • Undertaking Project Supervision, site surveying, reporting, holding TBTs, site inductions and site inspections across our Projects Department.

  • Supervision of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) and civils works, ensuring quality, compliance and programme adherence on site.

  • Support any Project works, with the view to Project Management as a long-term goal.

  • Working across our Education, NHS and commercial sector projects, adapting to the specific requirements and standards of each environment.

  • Other Mechanical works as required by the Company.

  • To help grow the company's electrical department.

Skills Required

  • Possess relevant industry qualifications.

  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualification would be beneficial.

  • Proven continuous history of employment within the M&E Industry.

  • Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of mechanical plant and systems together with comprehensive fault finding ability.

  • Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage own time, work and paperwork.

  • Positive "can do" attitude. Flexible approach to hours and problem solving on site.

  • Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works.

  • Good understanding of H&S.

  • Full clean driving licence.

  • Possess IOSH Managing Safely or Black Managers CSCS card status.
