We are seeking coaches for a range of contracts including seasonal (School holiday), evening, and weekend roles.

J ob Title: Community Coach

Salary: £10.50 - £13.00 per hour

Contract Type: Ranging from 3 hours to 32 hours per week

Line Manager: Head of People

Role Summary: To plan and deliver outstanding experiences to

participants in the Foundations various programmes and

initiatives in line with our DNA, values and behaviours

Objectives

  • To plan appropriate activities based on the needs of the specific programme and participants individual needs

  • To deliver a wide range of sessions to various participants and groups across delivery portfolio

  • To adhere to the Foundations safeguarding, EDI and health and safety requirements

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential

  • Experience of planning and delivering coaching sessions and programmes
  • Experience of coaching in different environments including community-based programme
  • NGB level one award in coaching or similar
  • Experience of working with young people in a sports environment
  • Ability to manage different groups effectively and safely
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable

  • Knowledge of how young people learn and develop
  • NGB level two certificate in coaching or similar
  • Ability to differentiate to meet individual participant needs
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
