Job Title: Cafe Supervisor
Salary: Hourly rate, according to age and experience
Contract Type: 20 hours per week, Fixed term, (possibility of extension)
Line Manager: Catering Manager
The responsibility of the Cafe Supervisor is to support theCatering Manager with the day-to-day operations within thecafe and Clubhouse kitchen, ensuring excellent customerservice, smooth operations, and a positive work environment.
Objectives
- Ensure high standards of catering for all events, residentials,conferences and general cafe service.
- Maintain and grow The Nest catering brand to increase newand repeat business

Knowledge, skills and experience - Essential
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role withina cafe, restaurant, or similar food service environment
Strong customer service skills with a positive, "can-do"attitude
Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and healthregulations

Ability to manage and motivate a team in a busy, fast-pacedenvironment
Knowledge, skills and experience - Desirable
- Experience with POS systems
Barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation
Budget management experience
