How You’ll Play Your Part
We’re looking for someone self‑motivated and proactive, who brings a strong sense of integrity, confidently navigates a regulated sales environment, and consistently ensures FCA standards are upheld in everything they do.
In this role, you’ll connect with both current and prospective customers across a range of sales channels, turning conversations into meaningful opportunities. All of this will be done with a strong sense of integrity, ensuring full FCA compliance and consistently driving fair, positive outcomes for every customer.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver fair, Good Customer Outcomes by tailoring every interaction to customer needs and vulnerabilities, while consistently following FCA regulations, AR requirements, and approved scripts and processes
- Proactively engage customers via outbound calls, ensuring every lead reflects genuine interest in changing vehicle
- Engage customers via LiveChat, using your product knowledge to match them with vehicles through our Online Showroom
- Strive to achieve your conversion targets across the different workstreams, whilst supporting the team with achieving their Appointed Representative SLA targets.
- Build strong partnerships with retailer and dealer networks, proactively sharing high-quality leads and sales opportunities to drive collective success
- Maintain exceptional accuracy when handling data and leads, ensuring full GDPR compliance, while delivering every customer interaction to the high standards expected by MBUK and meeting all regulatory and quality checks.
What Makes This Role Exciting
You’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, turning conversations into opportunities, working across multiple sales channels, and directly influencing real customer decisions, all while building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional, compliant outcomes that truly make a difference.
What You’ll Bring
- Self-motivation and drive to consistently hit and exceed conversion targets
- Natural relationship-building skills, able to quickly connect and build trust with customers
- Sharp attention to detail, ensuring GDPR standards are met every step of the way
- A strong sense of integrity, always putting FCA compliance and Good Customer Outcomes first.
- Experience in a regulated sales environment (a plus, not a must)
- An interest in the automotive industry and its products (advantageous but not essential)
At Mercedes-Benz, we sustain ethical standards in accordance with Mercedes-Benz AG Policies & the Company's Compliance Guidelines & policies including Anti-Bribery & all relevant competition laws; act with integrity, due care & skill in our customers’ best interests & abide by any other individual conduct rule required by the Financial Conduct Authority.
