St. Leger Homes are recruiting a Customer Service Advisors to work within Housing Services in the Southwest Area Team. The post will be based at Vermuyden Centre, Thorne, on a permanent basis and be available from August 2026.

The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of a comprehensive Estate Management Service that includes all aspects of tenancy and estate management. By working as part of a dedicated team of Customer Service Advisors, you will provide an excellent administrative support service to include, low-level estate and tenancy management.

The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and building positive relationships is a must for the role.

The postholder should possess the following skills:

  • The ability to deliver excellent customer care through effective interpersonal skills, both face to face and over the phone.
  • Good organisational skills including the ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet targets timescales and deadlines in a sometimes-pressured environment.
  • You will require a good understanding of the principles of Customer Care, be IT literate and have experience of updating computerised record systems, and of keeping detailed and accurate records.
