Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

12-month fixed-term contract

Salary: £27,800

Join Tokko Youth Hub, a vibrant charity in the heart of Luton, supporting young people to lead happy, healthy lives. We’re looking for a passionate Young Parents Co-ordinator to support young parents across a range of needs as part of a job share.

What you’ll do

-Work with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen support for young parents

-Carry out assessments and respond to individual needs

-Build partnerships with local agencies and services

-Support young mothers with their children’s development

-Plan and deliver parenting courses and group activities

-Advocate for young parents in meetings and reviews

-Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to reports

About you

-Experience supporting young people, especially young parents

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Understanding of the challenges young parents face

-Organised, detail-focused, and a team player
