Salary: £19.75 per hour
Hours: Various shifts available to choose from across both sites

Monday 10:00 - 12:00 (2 hours) ( Must be Adult & Baby Qualified)
Tuesday 16:30 - 18:00 (1.5 hours)
Tuesday 16:00 - 19:00 (3 hours)
Wednesday 17:00 - 17:30 (0.5 hours)
Wednesday 16:00 - 18:00 (2 hours)
Thursday 16:00 - 18:00 (2 hours)
Friday 16:00 - 18:30 (2.5 hours)
Saturday 08:45 - 11:45 (3 hours)
Brockworth

We have spaces available on upcoming Level 2 Swim Teacher courses which are fully funded, and will provide you with all the skills you need to become a great instructor for Halo. Following completion of the course guaranteed weekly hours will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Swimming Teacher, your main goal is to deliver great experiences and delight your customers. You will:
Plan and deliver fun, engaging lessons for mixed ages and abilities.
Build water confidence and help swimmers overcome their fears in a safe, supportive environment.
Provide positive feedback to help your students grow and improve every week.
Be a team player: Pitch in with your colleagues to keep the pool environment safe, clean, and welcoming.
Keep growing: Take part in company training and commit to your own personal development.
What We’re Looking For
The Essentials:
Great communication skills, you know how to chat with kids, parents, and adults alike.
A positive, flexible approach to helping out your centre and colleagues.
Willingness to achieve the NRASTC Light qualification (which we will happily provide!).
Nice-to-Haves (Desirable):
A certified STA Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification or SEQ Level 2 (OR the genuine passion and willingness to train for one- fully funded by Halo!).
NPLQ - National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
Knowledge of the National Plan for Swimming Teaching.
