Senior Administrator (Research)

Sheffield Hallam University are recruiting for a Senior Administrator in our Researcher and Innovator Development Academy. (RIDA).
The role will provide proactive and flexible advice, guidance and administrative support for RIDA.
On an average day, this may include: scheduling and servicing committee meetings; communicating and promoting activities; responding to queries; developing and maintaining online resources and developing and maintaining processes and procedures for the team.
You will work in a small team alongside the Director of RIDA, the Researcher Training and Development Manager and a Senior Administrator to support growth in Research, Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (RIKE) capability and capacity through developing our RIKE people and culture.
The Researcher and Innovator Development Academy (RIDA) is an exciting initiative for all people involved in RIKE activities at all career stages at Sheffield Hallam University.
Working in partnership with our RIKE and research adjacent staff across the whole institution, RIDA’s aim is to enhance research culture, whilst developing a team of people capable of upskilling others.
RIDA provides a one-stop shop for university-wide coordinated training and development for anyone involved in Research, Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (RIKE) activities, no matter their role or career stage.
