What You'll Do

Apply your clinical systems expertise to evaluate AI-generated responses related to healthcare IT, EHR workflows, and system troubleshooting
Review and assess AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and practical usefulness
Identify gaps, errors, or weaknesses in how AI handles clinical systems scenarios
Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning in healthcare technology contexts
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

Experienced in supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
Strong technical troubleshooting instincts with a solid understanding of clinical workflows
Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical operations and information technology
Able to evaluate complex technical content and communicate feedback clearly
Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated

Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards
Background working directly with clinicians on system implementation or optimization
