Are you a skilled pianist who loves sharing music, has great energy, and can make lessons something students genuinely look forward to?

The Musical Box is a contemporary, friendly music school, and we’re looking for a brilliant Piano Teacher to join our growing team at our Bicester and/or Stratford-on-Avon studios.

At The Musical Box, we believe learning music should be inspiring, fun, and confidence-building. We teach children and adults of all ages through engaging one-to-one lessons, performance opportunities, and a relaxed but professional studio environment. We also teach in local primary and secondary schools during weekdays.

The Role

You’ll be teaching individual piano lessons to a mix of children and adults, tailoring lessons to suit each student’s goals, ability, and musical taste.

You’ll need to:

Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Be reliable, organised, and professional
Bring enthusiasm, patience, and a sense of humour

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

A confident, competent pianist
Comfortable teaching beginners through to more advanced students
Friendly, encouraging, and great with people
Passionate about music education
Reliable and committed

Formal teaching qualifications are welcome but not essential — we’re more interested in great musicians with great people skills.
