Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • To organise and attend regular meetings with key managers within the assigned Projects and to ensure workforce analysis and resource planning is effective
  • Assist with all staff recruitment
  • Ensure the group in house system MyHR is continually updated in line with the KPI’s
  • Maintain strong relationship with all hiring managers
  • Aid in the collation of regular reports/updates to the senior recruitment partner as requested.
  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle
  • Liaise with the appropriate team ensuring that the full employment checks are carried out, when appropriate.
  • When the hiring decision is made and Employment Notification is fully approved, create the employment contract and keep in regular contact with the Hiring Manager
  • On confirmation of acceptance, communicate effectively to ensure full on-boarding initiated. In the week immediately preceding start date confirm that on-boarding is in place.
  • Proactively research and identify best practice initiatives and deliver as appropriate – maintain an awareness of external/Group initiatives and take steps to introduce or tailor for the UK as required.
  • Attend relevant seminars and courses to ensure continual personal and professional development i.e. legislation changes, employment law.
  • Ensure P&C Department’s contribution is strategically business relevant and aligned to commercial goals.

Qualifications

Capabilities, Skills & Experience:

  • Fully conversant with GDPR legislation
  • Fully conversant with IR35 legislation
  • Fully conversant with UKVI legislation
  • Previous recruitment experience with a proven track record in developing and implementinginnovative people management solutions at an operational, tactical, and strategic level
  • Substantial experience and comprehensive track record of managing recruitment within a company structure
  • Proven experience of coaching and developing managers and Senior Managers in recruitment methods and best practice
