We are currently looking for motivated and quality driven part time Complex Care Support Workers / Caregivers in AB24 to join our growing Homecare Scotland family.

The Client

Fun loving 14 year old boy, loves jokes, marvel movies, banter and days out. Looking for a team to help him live his life to the fullest and have some fun with while keeping him safe and clinically stable. He lives with a spinal condition and is a wheelchair user. He is ventilated 24/7 and is gastronomy fed. Whilst he is a charming and full of character, he can exhibit some challenging behaviours that need to be effectively and calmly managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with complex care
• Awareness of neurological conditions
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomies
• Experience with all aspects of personal care and support with moving and handling
• A Full UK Driving licence is an preffered requirement and the ability to drive their vehicle.

Desirable Experience

• Excellent team working skills
• Care experience is desirable but not essential as training is provided
• A great sense of fun and humour
• Excellent experience for student nurses/physios/OT
• Knowledge of complex needs is preferred

Available Shifts

• Weekdays: 16.00 – 22:00
• Weekends: 08:00 – 16:00 or 15:00 – 22:00
