Role Overview

Lead UK credit control strategy across tenant portfolios, overseeing the full lifecycle, collections, and compliance with internal and RICS standards. Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing team, aligning regional leads under a central function. Act as a key bridge between Credit Control and Surveying, strengthening collaboration on arrears, mitigating risk, and driving cash flow and revenue performance.

Team Overview

The UK Credit Control team are based over three regional office Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and London with a regional lead in each location that will report into this role.
