Eco Home Insulation is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Air Source Heat Pump Engineers to join our growing renewable energy division.

With increasing demand for low-carbon heating solutions across domestic and commercial projects, we are looking for engineers who take pride in their workmanship, deliver exceptional customer service, and want to be part of a company with ambitious growth plans.

The Role

You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pump systems across a variety of properties.

Installation and commissioning of Air Source Heat Pumps

Heating system upgrades and modifications

Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs

System servicing and maintenance

Working from technical drawings and design specifications

Ensuring installations meet MCS and industry standards

Completing all job documentation accurately

Providing excellent customer service on every project

Supporting apprentices and junior engineers where required

Essential Requirements

Proven experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps

Relevant plumbing and heating qualifications

Unvented Hot Water Qualification (G3)

Full UK Driving Licence

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work away from home when required

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable Qualifications

Heat Pump Qualification

MCS Experience

Water Regulations Certification

F-Gas Qualification (advantageous)

Renewable Energy Experience
