Your Role As part of the FP&A team, you will support financial reporting, forecasting and analysis for the Actuation business, working closely with site finance teams, engineering, and operations. This role offers excellent development opportunity for a part-qualified finance professional looking to build a career in FP&A within a manufacturing environment. You'll gain exposure to corporate-level reporting, consolidation processes and business partnering while contributing to key financial insights and decision-making. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting monthly reporting, forecasting and budget processes with analysis and commentary - Assisting with consolidation activities and group reporting requirements - Working with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and finance - Developing and improving reporting tools and Excel-based models - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes - Ensuring data accuracy and adherence to financial controls and procedures

What You'll Bring - Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with ~3–4 years' relevant finance experience - Strong Excel skills with experience in financial analysis, reporting or forecasting - Motivated, proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders - Experience with SAP, BPC or other consolidation/reporting systems - Exposure to manufacturing or operational environments
