ROLE: Service Supervisor

HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

LOCATION: Rolls Royce - Ripley - Derby Road

The role will be responsible for working with the Account Manager, operations supervisor and operations team in supporting the waste management process. Engaging with client stakeholders, working collaboratively with site-based facilities teams to ensure all paperwork is completed and filed according to legislative and client requirements. Working with Mitie Waste supply chain booking and managing both routine and adhoc waste movements.

Role Responsibilities

• Working in partnership with the Account Manager and operations team to deliver against the key objectives for the contract.
• Support the Account Manager to provide waste data analysis and providing detailed feedback to the Client.
• Support with scheduling, booking and confirming of waste collections across multiple sites.
• To manage waste and recycling sub-contractors' paperwork, including scanning and filing and uploading of all waste compliance documentation and ensuring these remain up to date
• Maintain and continually review all processes and systems currently in place and offer initiatives where possible.

What We Are Looking For

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks,
• Stakeholder and client management experience,
• Organised, proactive and adaptable attitude,
• Preferably Waste Mangement knowledge,
