RDH Packing is seeking an experienced Driver & Installation Technician to join our growing team.

We specialise in white-glove logistics, FF&E installations, fine art handling, and high-end interior design projects throughout the UK and Europe. Working with leading interior designers, luxury furniture suppliers, antique dealers, auction houses, hospitality groups, and private clients, we deliver exceptional service with precision and attention to detail.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a professional team, and is confident working in client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• White-glove deliveries and collections
• Furniture installation, positioning, and assembly
• Artwork, mirror, and wall-mounted item installation
• Assisting with complete interior design installations
• Wrapping, protecting, and preparing items for transport
• Condition checking furniture, artwork, antiques, and decorative items
• Safe loading and unloading of vehicles
• Working alongside project managers, designers, and clients on-site
• UK-wide travel and occasional international projects
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, care, and professionalism

About You

• Full UK driving licence
• Experience driving Luton vans or similar vehicles
• Experience handling high-value furniture, artwork, antiques, or luxury goods
• Practical, hands-on, and physically fit
• Professional, presentable, and client-focused
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident leading and coordinating small installation teams when required
• Able to take ownership of projects and ensure work is completed to a high standard

Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

• Furniture installation
• White-glove delivery
• Fine art handling
• Removals and specialist logistics
• Exhibition or event logistics
• Interior design installations
• FF&E projects
