About The Role

We have a great opportunity for someone to join the small CCTV team to provide comprehensive support to the CCTV Manager and CCTV operations. The post is very varied to include ensuring the smooth operation of the office and technical functions.

Key tasks will include-

  • Carrying out financial processes from creating purchase orders to processing invoices,
  • Ensuring GDPR is complied with at all times,
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders,
  • Preparing meeting documents and arranging meetings along with minute taking,
  • Providing statistical reports,
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the CCTV Manager in day-to-day operations.

This will be working in Stevenage and may be at more than one site.

You will work in a small team of people committed to delivering excellent customer service.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail orientated individual to work in this role.

You Will Have

  • A GCSE in English Language and Maths.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • An awareness of Local Government functions.
  • Excellent record keeping and computer skills (competent in using Microsoft Office IT Packages including excel).
  • An ability to accurately manage financial processes.
  • An ability to work to timescales.
  • An interest in learning about public realm CCTV.
  • A knowledge of GDPR and how this applies to CCTV.
