About The Role
- Where necessary, be the first line of contact when dealing with general enquiries relating to Community Advice and Support
- To exhibit a high level of organisational skills, resilience, communication skills and attention to detail being able to adjust priorities as necessary to accommodate new pressures/frequent changes in circumstances understanding any relevant statutory timescales that are required.
- To maintain where necessary generic mailboxes within the service area, responding to service queries from internal and external customers and investigate further for supporting evidence when needed.
- Lead on Tenant Satisfaction Surveys for the Community Advice and Support Teams
- Assist with the Verification of applicants on the housing register
- Process Invoices in a timely manner
- To assist teams across Community Advice and Support on special projects where necessary
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Meeting minute taking experience both in person and across digital platforms
- A flexible outlook and attitude to working in a customer focused team
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Be able to work on their own initiative and excellent attention to detail
- Competent computer skills and efficient in using Microsoft Office IT packages including Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively both face-to-face and via the telephone or meeting platforms
- Assist with projects when required
