Are you seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant role supporting children with complex needs? Passionate about making a difference in special education?

You must have experience working with children or young people in a professional setting, including SEN experience from a school, care, or residential background.

The Role

• Support pupils with PMLD, Autism, and complex needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assist with learning, communication, and personal development
• Create a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment
• Build positive relationships and provide emotional support
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff

Requirements

• Available 08:30-16:00, Monday to Friday
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children or young people (UK based)
• SEN experience in school, care, or residential settings
• Experience or willingness to support pupils with complex needs
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Able to commute to Hounslow or live nearby
