Proven experience managing residential construction sites Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates Strong leadership and site management skills Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site programmes effectively Must be able to drive and have own transport This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a residential project with an immediate start and long-term work available.
