ROLE: Estates M&E Supervisor – Northern Ireland Reserve Forces & Cadets Association (NIRFCA)
HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
LOCATION: Northern Ireland

We're looking for an Estates M&E Supervisor to join our team delivering on our Northern Ireland Reserve Forces & Cadet Association (NIRFCA) contract. This role includes the management, organisation and prioritisation of work schedules to ensure contracted deliverables and key performance indicators are consistently achieved.
Role Responsibilities
- Monitor Supply Chain work teams to ensure suitably qualified and experienced operatives are directed to relevant tasks and ensure that all operatives have appropriate equipment and skills to perform relevant tasks.
- Monitor Supply Chain service delivery, quality and safe working to ensure all performance KPI indicators are consistently achieved, whilst resolving client, operational and commercial queries relating to contracted delivery.
- Accurately record and maintain all information necessary to provide accurate reporting, including administration of remedial work order submissions onto the client system and ownership of immediate business-critical remedial works through to completion.
- Attend client and progress meetings as required, develop and maintain effective relationships with NIRFCA management teams and end users, and provide professional and technical advice to support site activities.
- Ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, that all Supply Chain contractors working within NIRFCA sites observe the requirements of JSP 375, working closely with the Mobile Authorised Persons team to ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- NVQ level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Management level qualification in Health & Safety and Environment (e.g. SMSTS).
- Relevant experience in a similar role, including the management of internal multi-skilled service delivery teams.
- Competent in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with building engineering systems, FM planned services, and knowledge of Legionella and/or Asbestos Management Plans.
