As Administration Controller, you will bring structure, insight, and energy, supporting key financial processes, maintaining accurate systems, and partnering closely with the General Manager to make a real impact. DUTIES
The following points indicate key areas of responsibility, they are not fixed or exhaustive:
- To control the administration workflow and assisting the General Manager in the running of the business
- To accurately record, maintain and report weekly and monthly payroll submissions
- To produce weekly banking summaries in a timely and accurate manner
- To maintain cost control function with processing and analysis of purchase invoices
- To manage the revenues including direct debit payments, card payments, cheques, etc
- To maintain the confidential personnel files; including payroll and training records
- To oversee and control the systems used on-site and ensure they are accurate and up to date
- To file and organise documentation in an orderly manner
- Any ad hoc administration and finance tasks as required
- Ensure the timely and satisfactory completion of the “listing of key duties” as attached.
- Attendance on site is required to assure effective performance and interaction with colleagues

- Intelligence and flexibility
- Good computer literacy (Incl. Intermediate Excel skills)
- Good level GCSE education including Maths and English
- Accounting and administration knowledge.
