Salary: Up to £40,000 dependent on experience

Location: Mill Farm Sports Village, Wesham (near Preston)

Contract: Full-time, on-site

Lead our flagship sports bar on and off matchdays

Are you a hands-on bar leader who loves the buzz of live sport and a busy venue? As Bradley’s Bar Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our high-volume sports bar operation – from leading the team in service to managing liquor across the stadium and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to come back.

This is a front-line role at the heart of the matchday and event experience, with real responsibility and room to make your mark.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day bar operations across:

  • Bradley’s Sports Bar: Running a lively, fast-paced bar, ensuring great atmosphere, slick service and consistent standards on both matchdays and non-matchdays.

  • Liquor management: Overseeing liquor stock takes, controls and ordering for Bradley’s Bar, the liquor store and outlets across the stadium and concession boxes.

  • Stadium outlets: Coordinating bar stocks for concourse kiosks, private boxes and hospitality areas so every bar is ready for peak trading.

  • People & leadership: Leading, coaching and rota-planning your team, setting clear expectations and leading service by example.

  • Compliance & standards: Ensuring licensing, age verification, health & safety and cash handling procedures are followed at all times.

  • Guest experience: Being a visible host – engaging with regulars, resolving issues quickly and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.

What you’ll bring

  • Solid experience in bar management or assistant management within a busy pub, sports bar, late-night venue or stadium environment.

  • Strong understanding of liquor control, stock systems and GP margins.

  • A proven track record of leading teams in high-volume service, especially during busy events or big games.

  • Confident, calm and organised under pressure, with a practical, “roll your sleeves up” attitude.

  • A passion for hospitality, an eye for detail and pride in a bar that runs like clockwork and looks great.

If you’ve helped run a large bar or multi-bar site and want to step up into a role with more ownership, this could be the ideal next move.

What’s in it for you

  • Salary of £33,000 per annum.

  • The chance to run a flagship sports bar within a modern, growing sports village.

  • Real autonomy to shape the bar offer, standards and guest experience.

  • Support from an experienced senior management team and opportunities to grow within the wider business.
