We are looking to appoint outstanding practitioners who are bright, enthusiastic and highly motivated. We are looking for class teachers who are passionate about teaching and can inspire children's learning. We are looking for primary teachers who are committed to raising standards and achieving the best possible outcomes for the children in their care. If you have a talent for teaching, are ambitious, want to make a difference and would like to join our wonderful school, then we want to hear from you. We welcome applicants with experience in all key stages.
The successful candidate will
Have experience of teaching across the primary age range
Be an excellent classroom teacher with the ability to reflect on their own practice
Have an excellent understanding of how children learn
Have a secure understanding of behaviour and the importance of relationships
Have the ability to secure pupil progress and accelerate learning
Create a stimulating, organised, interactive and informative learning environment that encourages each child to achieve their full potential
Be able to inspire and motivate children with engaging, highquality teaching
Work in partnership with parents/carers and other members of staff to promote the wellbeing and educational progress of each pupil
Be an excellent and positive communicator with both children and adults, and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
