Role Overview
We are seeking a Supply Logistics Associate Specialist to support clinical supply chain operations by executing key logistics activities, including receiving, warehousing, sampling, picking, packing, and shipping. The role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and compliant delivery of materials to support clinical studies and patient supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, sampling, warehousing, dispensing, picking, packing, and shipping activities to support clinical supply operations.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time to pilot plants, packaging operations, clinical sites, and depots.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with SOPs, cGxP, and EHS requirements across all activities.
- Support resolution of urgent supply chain and system issues in coordination with stakeholders.
- Maintain work areas in a safe, organised, and compliant condition.
- Assist with internal and external audits, including management monitoring activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within a regulated or clinical environment.
- Familiarity with systems such as PMD, Comet, Modula or similar logistics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SOPs, compliance requirements, and escalation processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work across teams.
- Knowledge of transportation, packaging, and temperature monitoring requirements is desirable.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
