System Support Roles (PPC Systems)

Join our Digital Service team to help deliver new initiatives and provide specialist technical knowledge to growing business areas across the University of Lincoln. We’re recruiting for a System Administration / Support Professional to work across projects, service delivery and stakeholder-facing development of PPC focussed systems including HR & Payroll, eLearning and Recruitment.

What you’ll do

  • Support delivery of new initiatives by building, configuring and maintaining systems and environments that enable new services and projects.
  • Act as a specialist adviser to new business areas: assess requirements, recommend solutions, and help embed services into operational practice.
  • Troubleshoot and provide expert support, escalate where needed and produce clear documentation and runbooks.
  • Work with stakeholders and project teams to test, deploy and hand over services; deliver training and knowledge transfer.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in system administration and support of software applications.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable translating technical detail for non-technical colleagues.
  • Experience of supporting HR & Payroll, eLearning and Recruitment tools is desirable, but not essential.
