Senior Warehouse Assistant & Furniture Installer
Location: Dundee
Department: Workplace Design Support
Reporting to: Warehouse & Installations Team Leader
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Senior Warehouse Assistant & Furniture Installer to join our Workplace Design Support team. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, logistics, and on-site furniture installation.
You will play a key part in ensuring goods are received, prepared, delivered, and installed to the highest standard—helping create functional and high-quality workspaces for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage goods inwards and outwards, including checking deliveries against orders
- Unload supplier and company vehicles both at the warehouse and on-site
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure correct quantities are received
- Prepare and organise furniture and accessories for delivery
- Deliver goods to client sites and distribute to designated areas
- Assemble and install furniture, including custom and specialist items
- Install wall-mounted acoustic panels and suspended ceiling panels
- Carry out adjustments and customisation to meet client specifications
- Lead smaller installation projects and support smooth on-site operations
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems as they arise
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health & safety protocols and PPE use
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping both in the warehouse and on-site
- Remove and recycle packaging materials responsibly
- Maintain company vehicles

- Experience in warehouse operations, furniture installation, or a similar hands-on role
- Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools confidently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills with colleagues and customers
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills
- A full, clean driving licence (essential)
