Are you studying a STEM subject and interested in how advanced semiconductor devices are manufactured? We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Summer Interns to join our Engineering & Operations team within a leading epitaxy semiconductor manufacturing environment.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing facility, working alongside experienced engineers and operations professionals who support the production of cutting-edge semiconductor materials used in communications, electronics, photonics, and emerging technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Engineering & Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support engineering and manufacturing projects within our epitaxy production facility.
- Assist with process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Work with engineers to investigate process trends and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Gain exposure to semiconductor manufacturing equipment, operational workflows, and quality systems.
- Participate in problem-solving activities and cross-functional team projects.
- Learn about health, safety, and cleanroom best practices in a manufacturing environment.

- Currently studying, or recently completed, a degree in a STEM-related discipline, including:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Chemical, Manufacturing, Materials, etc.)
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Materials Science
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Other relevant scientific or technical fields
- Passionate about technology and interested in building a career in the semiconductor industry.
- Analytical, curious, and eager to learn.
- Strong problem-solvers with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and technical information.
- Effective communicators who enjoy working as part of a team.
