Hours of work: We can be flexible with the hours offered. The role offered will be a one-week pattern, working Monday – Fridays so you can be sure to have quality time to spend with your family and friends.

Joining us as an ACC Advisor means you will be the key point of contact for our customers post their exciting purchase, so it is crucial that you demonstrate our People First values to go the extra mile and get the service right first time, every time.

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from a customer service or aftersales background.

As a Perrys ACC Advisor, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs. You can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from making inbound and outbound calls, to booking appointments for service and MOT as well as general repairs across the business.

About you:

  • You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You will have good time management and organisational skills.
  • You should be computer literate and be able to work well under pressure.
