Are you a retail professional ready to take the next step in a leadership role? We need a motivated, hands-on Deputy Manager, working closely with the Store Manager, you will be a vital part of the leadership team.

· Support the Store Manager in creating an exceptionally welcoming experience, making our superstore the town’s first port of call for sustainable shopping and donations.

· Take a lead role in curating eye-catching displays, from fashion and vintage treasures to furniture, ensuring our high retail standards are always met.

· Actively coach and support our diverse team of staff and volunteers, leading by example to maintain a positive atmosphere.

· Confidently manage the store’s daily operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Pay: £20,220.00 per year
