ecommerce Customer Service Administrator

The eCommerce Customer Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting Scope’s eCommerce team and online customers, providing timely and accurate administrative support.

In this role, you will manage a range of essential administrative tasks, including responding to and resolving customer enquiries received online, as well as queries arising from Scope’s finance and stock management systems.

Permanent, full time (35 hours a week)

Location: Salford Hub based at Units 19–20, Westlink Business Park, Guide Street, Salford, M50 1BX

There may also be occasions where evening or weekend work is needed, such as covering holidays, which can be completed from home in line with eCommerce Hub operating hours

The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday

The role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the eCommerce hub, assisting with day-to-day operations
  • Manage a range of tasks across inboxes, stock management, including accurate data entry
  • Respond to and effectively resolve online customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the wider eCommerce team to identify and address any issues

  • Confidently use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Teams, and develop your skills in new systems and processes

  • Work both independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture
