Key Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences
  • Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost progress and engagement
  • Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
  • Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and pastoral care

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
  • Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential—training and support will be provided
