Are you ready to be the friendly face of Derby Homes? We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Services Team.

As the first point of contact, you’ll make a real difference every day, helping customers, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly. It is a fast paced Call Centre environment, but the reward of helping someone in need makes it all worthwhile!

About the role

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, face-to-face, and online with speed, accuracy, and a friendly approach.
  • Get hands-on training and learn all about social housing and Derby Homes’ services.
  • Develop your skills and grow your career within a supportive team environment.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A calm, professional communicator who listens, empathises, and keeps a positive attitude even in busy times.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when recording customer information.
