Pay: £30.00 – £37.00 per hour

Looking for a change from the classroom?

Are you a qualified teacher who loves working with young people but wants more flexibility, smaller caseloads, and the chance to make a real difference?

We’re looking for passionate, nurturing Qualified Teachers to deliver 1:1 SEND & SEMH support sessions to children and young people who need a different approach to education.

This is relationship-led tutoring — no large classes, no endless marking, no overwhelming classroom pressures. Just meaningful support, real connection, and the opportunity to help students rebuild confidence, regulate emotions, and thrive.

We’re Looking For Teachers Who

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
Have experience working with children or young people with SEND and/or SEMH needs
Are patient, adaptable and compassionate
Can build trust and engage students through a nurturing, personalised approach
Understand that every young person learns differently
Want a more balanced and rewarding way of working in education
