Would you like the flexibility to work as an Independent Travel Consultant, helping clients plan and book their dream holidays while receiving full training, ongoing support, and access to over 500 travel suppliers through the Hays Travel Independence Group?

A&A Legacy Travel is an Award-Winning Independent Travel Agency specialising in tailor-made holidays worldwide. We are ABTA and ATOL protected and proud to be part of the Hays Travel Independence Group.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit three motivated individuals across the UK who are passionate about travel, customer service, and creating unforgettable experiences for clients.

Important Information

This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity and not a salaried position.

A&A Legacy Travel is recruiting Independent Travel Consultants to operate under our ABTA and ATOL protected framework.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, independence, and the ability to build a rewarding travel business with professional support behind them.

Language Opportunities

Fluent in English

Fluent in Romanian and English

Fluent in Polish and English

No previous travel industry experience is required, although it would be considered a significant advantage.

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop.

What You'll Do

• Help clients plan and book holidays worldwide

• Recommend destinations, hotels, cruises, tours and experiences

• Create tailor-made travel itineraries

• Build and nurture your own client base through referrals, networking and social media

• Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry through to travel completion

• Work within A&A Legacy Travel's compliance framework, including ABTA, ATOL and GDPR requirements

Who We're Looking For

UK residents only

Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK

Able to operate as a self-employed consultant in the UK

Fluent in English, or fluent in Romanian and English, or fluent in Polish and English

Passionate about travel

Professional and self-motivated

Comfortable using social media and communicating with clients

Eager to learn and develop new skills
