Sidemen Clothing, also known as SDMN, is the official clothing brand from the Sidemen. Established in 2013, the brand has grown alongside the Sidemen’s online presence and their connection with a huge global audience.

Social is a huge part of what we do. It drives hype, builds community, supports launches, and helps sell product.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Social Content Producer who lives and breathes social media, the Sidemen, internet culture, and the wider creator space.

You should have a genuine understanding of the Sidemen, their audience, the wider YouTube and creator world, and what is happening online at all times.

This role is focused on ideas, strategy, and producing content that performs. You’ll help shape what we make across social, come up with strong concepts for drops, campaigns and reactive moments, support on shoot days, and help turn content into product sales.

You’ll also support the day-to-day running of our social channels where needed, but the main focus is creating, planning and producing social-first content that feels right for the brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Help shape the brand’s social content strategy across all platforms
  • Come up with strong content ideas for drops, campaigns, shoots and reactive moments
  • Produce social content for TikTok, Instagram and other key platforms
  • Attend brand shoots with the Sidemen, creators and other influencers to support social content
  • Spot trends, cultural moments and creator-space opportunities
  • React quickly to Sidemen moments and relevant online conversations
  • Make sure content feels right for each platform and the Sidemen audience
  • Use social media to build hype, grow engagement and support sales
  • Analyse performance data and use insights to improve future content
  • Have a strong eye for detail, making small tweaks that help content perform better
  • Support and mentor junior team members where needed
  • Support posting and day-to-day channel management where needed

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong knowledge of the Sidemen, their audience, humour and wider ecosystem
  • Plugged into TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator culture, memes, fashion and streetwear
  • Strong understanding of what performs on each platform
  • Confident coming up with social-first ideas that feel native and relevant
  • At least 2 years’ experience working across social content for a brand, creator, media company or large community
  • Strong understanding of how social media can support marketing, launches and product sales
  • Confident working with creators and influencers to direct and capture strong social content
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to pick up on small things that can help content perform better
  • Strong Photoshop skills, with the ability to create and adapt social assets quickly
  • Confident editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
  • Able to move fast and react quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-aware and confident using analytics to improve content
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities at once
