  • Provide senior operational leadership and management across assigned services, ensuring delivery against performance improvement, quality, and financial targets.
  • Lead and deliver programmes of service transformation to improve sustainability, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
  • Maintain oversight of operational risks, ensuring appropriate controls and mitigations are in place to support safe and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement innovative models of care and ways of working, supported by technology where appropriate.
  • Lead programme management activity, ensuring robust governance, delivery, and reporting arrangements.
  • Support performance management processes, using data and insight to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of organisational priorities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to operational managers, ensuring accountability, consistency, and high performance.
