The Opportunity
We're supporting a leading utilities organisation delivering two major digital transformation products and are looking for an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to lead their successful delivery.
This is a high-profile role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership from day one, and drive delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of two large-scale digital products.
- Manage programme governance, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Change, and third-party suppliers.
- Drive Digital Platform and ERP delivery workstreams, ensuring programmes remain on track and aligned to business objectives.
- Provide clear reporting and stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers, ensuring momentum is maintained across multiple workstreams.
Essential Experience
- Proven Programme Delivery Manager experience within the utilities sector.
- Strong track record delivering Digital Platform and ERP transformation programmes.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex digital initiatives with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
- Strong programme governance, risk management, and delivery leadership skills.
- Experience operating within fast-paced transformation environments.
