Join the BCH Recruitment Team
The BCH Recruitment Team delivers a professional, efficient, and candidate-focused recruitment service across Bedfordshire Police, Hertfordshire Constabulary, and Cambridgeshire Constabulary.
We manage the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting campaigns from initial attraction through to onboarding. This includes advertising roles, coordinating assessments and selection processes, managing candidate engagement, and ensuring all pre-employment activity is completed accurately and in line with organisational standards.
As a central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, we ensure clear communication, consistency, and a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. We also work collaboratively across HR and wider departments to ensure timely offers, contracts, and onboarding.
The team is committed to continuous improvement—using data, feedback, and digital tools to enhance processes, improve service delivery, and support the recruitment of high-quality individuals into policing roles.
