Salary: Sessional £12.71 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will support the delivery of a professional, efficient, and engaging recruitment service, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

You’ll play a key part in coordinating recruitment activity, maintaining compliance with legislation, and supporting continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activity in line with policies, procedures, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging hiring journey, using effective communication at every stage
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirements
  • Support process improvements by working collaboratively with the wider HR and onboarding teams
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment campaigns to stakeholders
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative HR team culture

About You

We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail.

Essential

  • Experience working in a busy administrative environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and queries simultaneously
  • A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information

Desirable

  • Experience in recruitment or HR
  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • Understanding of safeguarding and compliance in education
  • CIPD Level 3 or relevant qualification
