Volunteer Stock Processor

Location: Wolverhampton ( WV2 1BA )

Did you know in our Retail stores we have to process over 24,000 units of stock each week to ensure our stores generate income for Compton Care to provide the high quality, accessible care and support for the people living in our community with life limiting conditions.

If you would like to support us in generating essential income for the Compton, but don’t fancy working out on the shop floor then this may be the role for you!

We are looking for volunteers to join us to help in our centralised Warehouse. As part of our valued team of volunteers you will be involved in the following tasks

  • Sorting donated stock
  • Tagging, sizing and hanging items ready to be distributed to stores
  • Steaming garments
  • Pricing stock ready to be sold on the shop floor.

In this role, we are looking for dedicated volunteers to help any time Monday to Friday for a minimum of 4 hours between the hours of 9am and 4pm and Saturdays 9am and 1pm, whether you are looking to volunteer for a day or a few hours, we would love to hear from you.
