Your new role
- Designing and implementing technical solutions to fulfil customer needs, collaborating with senior customer stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Providing technical support to customers, including on customer premises where required
- Creating and contributing to RFP/ITT/RFI/SoW/HLD/LLD documents and completing them to a high level of technical detail
- Provide pre-sales support to the business for customer engagements
- Any other fair and relevant task or duty assigned to you by your manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience and/or qualifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server.
- Experience and/or qualifications with Networking products, Juniper would be most relevant but Cisco or HPE would also be adequate
- Consultancy experience, providing advice, proposals and designs to customers but also willing to be involved with support
