We’re looking for a Labourer to join our Planned Investment team on a fixed-term basis for up to 12 months. If you’re dependable, motivated, and enjoy working in a hands-on construction environment, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team delivering vital improvements to customers’ homes.

About The Role

As a Labourer in our planned maintenance team, you’ll support the delivery of essential property improvement works across our housing portfolio, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, as well as window and door replacements.

Working on-site across our operational areas, you will assist skilled tradespeople, prepare and maintain workspaces, transport materials, and help ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a practical, fast-paced role where your work directly contributes to the success of planned investment and refurbishment programmes.

You will also play a key part in maintaining clean, organised, and safe working environments, always following health and safety best practices. As you’ll be working in customers’ homes, you’ll always treat residents with respect and professionalism at all times.

Please note - A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a labouring or construction role
