Data Analyst

The Role

• Transform data into meaningful commercial insight to drive informed decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights supporting growth, profitability, and operational performance.
• Communicate findings clearly, influence decision-making, and embed a data-driven approach.
• Responsible for data collection, validation, analysis, and commercial insight generation.

What You'll Need

• Experience using Python, SQL, and/or other relevant coding languages for data extraction, analysis, and automation.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, modelling, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets from multiple business systems.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
