The role: Digital Account Manager

Location: East Lancashire - Hybrid working (3/2 split)

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

I'm hiring on behalf of a well-regarded digital agency in East Lancashire. They've got a strong client base, a collaborative team, and a genuine focus on doing great work; not just hitting numbers. This is a role for someone who knows how to own a client relationship, spot growth opportunities, and keep projects moving without constant hand-holding.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of digital accounts as the primary client contact
• Leading meetings, calls and reviews, comfortable being the face of the relationship
• Monitoring campaign and project performance and translating it into clear recommendations
• Identifying and developing growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborating closely with internal marketing, dev and project delivery teams

What we're looking for

• Solid Digital Account Management or Client Services background
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong communicator, confident with stakeholders at all levels
• Commercially aware, you can spot an upsell opportunity without being pushy about it
• Good working knowledge of digital marketing channels
