Family Partner

Stowe Family Law

We’re the fastest-growing family law firm in the country, and we’re looking for a Partner to join our South West, Oxford & Wales sub-region. At Stowe, you’ll be supported by the UK’s largest specialist family law firm, with over 200 lawyers across 100 offices. With that kind of scale, there isn’t much we haven’t seen – yet every Partner who joins shapes something unique in their own market.

Why join Stowe, why now?

  • Progression with purpose: We’re doubling in size over the next few years, creating opportunities for growth, investment, and leadership.

  • Client demand, ready-made: Realistic targets supported by a market-leading marketing team dedicated solely to family law.

  • Time back for your clients: With specialist support teams so you can focus on delivering the best outcomes.

  • Technology that works for you: The most efficient and lawyer-centric case management system in the industry.

  • Flexibility: Choose the balance of home and office working that fits your lifestyle.

  • Experience in high-value financial and/or complex children work, with the ability to bring in and convert new clients while leading from the front.

  • Located in a commutable distance to any of our South West, Oxford, and Wales offices. We work 80% from home and 20% in the office - you control how this looks
