What will you do as Recruitment Officer?
Reporting directly to an experienced Head of HR, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment support across the business. You'll work closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team to attract, engage, and onboard top talent, helping to drive the continued success and growth of the organisation.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from attraction and screening through to offer and onboarding.
- Support workforce planning by partnering with the HR team to deliver short and long-term recruitment needs.
- Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and the company careers site, ensuring campaigns are engaging, cost-effective, and regularly reviewed.
- Conduct candidate screening, registration interviews, right-to-work checks, document verification, and selection assessments.
- Coordinate hiring activity with internal stakeholders, arranging interviews, start dates, and onboarding schedules to meet business requirements.
- Prepare employment contracts and new starter documentation, ensuring compliance and confidentiality at all stages.
- Manage onboarding activities, including induction coordination and maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems.
- Produce recruitment metrics, reports, and market insights, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance attraction and retention strategies.
- Support general HR administration, including employee file management, record updates, and exit interview analysis.
- Promote the organisation as an employer of choice by attending recruitment events and implementing innovative talent attraction initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, delivering a positive recruitment experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Provide support across wider HR activities and projects as required.
What will you require as Recruitment Officer?
1–2 years' experience within Recruitment and/or HR
Experience managing high-volume recruitment activity
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience using HR systems and recruitment platforms
A proactive, candidate-focused approach
Desirable
CIPD qualification (or working towards)
HR-related degree
