St Francis Catholic Multi Academy Trust was established in September 2022 as part of the Bishop of Hallam’s vision for education. About the Role

As the Inclusion Provision Lead, you will coordinate and champion the day-to-day operation of our school’s internal inclusion provision. This vital role focuses on supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, communication and interaction, attendance, and behavioral needs through adaptive, relational, and highly inclusive practice.

Working collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, families, and external professionals to ensure positive outcomes for our most vulnerable pupils. You will lead targeted interventions, support the deployment and development of staff within the provision, and actively contribute to the school’s wider graduated response and inclusive culture.
