Customer Service Advisor

Location: Colchester

Salary: £24,570 (pro‑rata) +

Generous Quarterly Bonus with earning potential of up to £28,570 (pro‑rata)

Hours: Between

8am–6pm, including our core hours of 10am–2pm, plus occasional Saturdays.

Training & Working Pattern

Start date: 10th August 2026

Training: 3 weeks, office based.

Office-based initially, with hybrid working (3 days WFH) once competent
